Hi, this is Marinel Borong, you can call me Nel. I was an Account analyst and licensed real estate salesperson for 2 years, responsible for selling real-estate properties, Generating client leads, Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and documentation requirements, and Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.

As a general virtual assistant, I am a skilled professional who provides support to businesses and individuals remotely. I am proficient in various administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling appointments, data entry, research, and customer service. 

As a social media manager, I specialize in managing the online presence of businesses and individuals across various social media platforms. I am knowledgeable in creating engaging social media content, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers. I stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithms to ensure that my clients are always at the forefront of their online presence.

I have various virtual assistant training which equips me with knowledge and skills for the following administrative tasks,  transcriptions, social media marketing and management, search engine optimization, lead generation, Facebook ads, graphic designs, basic website creation, content, and email marketing.
